To maintain hygiene standards and product authenticity, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy, with exceptions made only in the event of a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
📋 General Policy:
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as personal preferences, incorrect size selection, or change of mind after purchase.
- Only products with a genuine manufacturing defect or physical damage during transit are eligible for replacement.
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video:
To process any replacement requests for defective or damaged products, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video as proof:
- The video must begin before opening the package and should clearly capture the unsealing and inspection of the product.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
🔁 Replacement Procedure:

- Share your Order ID along with the unboxing video highlighting the defect or damage.
- Once verified and approved by our team, a replacement for the defective product will be arranged.
⚠️ Important Terms:
- Products like earrings, nose pins, and customised jewellery are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and personalisation reasons.
- No refunds or replacements will be processed for claims raised after 24 hours of delivery or without valid proof as stated above.
- Shipping charges for non-defective product returns (if exceptionally permitted) will be borne by the customer.
